· 6.3.3 HEI to align the data on number of non-teaching staff with information in IIQA document provided; HEI to provide the weblinks to all the FDP/ MDP / Refresher courses attended by the faculty along with report , participation certificate , resource person details ;HEI to note that faculty attending multiple FDP/ MDP an academic year to be counted as one for the metric 6.3.3 ; HEI to provide the participation certificates for the following teaching /non-teaching :Dr. S.S. Devnalkar (2018-19) ; Mr. Mane Suhas Shivajirao (2020) Mr. Mane Dattatraya Gundaji (2021) | HEI Response: 6.3.3- The college has provided the data on number of non-teaching staff in IIQA as 18 in each year of assessment. However, it is the number of non-teaching staff appointed on full time basis. There are certain non-teaching staff members who are appointed on contractual basis. The college regularly organizes and encourages to participate in different training programs and workshop for their knowledge and skill upgradation. The college has provided soft copies of all FDP/MDP/ Refresher/ Orientation courses attended by the faculty members on its website. The weblink of all these certificates is provided in the DVV clarification declaration. The college has also provided IQAC annual report of FDP/MDP/ Refresher/ Orientation courses attended by the faculty members. As the details on resource persons etc. are not available with the different UGC HRDC’s, it is not feasible to provide the same. As per DVV suggestion, the participation certificates of following staff members have been attached in the DVV clarification declaration-

· 6.5.2 HEI to provide the evidence of participation in NIRF ranking ; the complete Audit report prepared internally and externally ; collaborative initiatives with other organizations on educational quality , evidence of any other certification like ISO ( energy certification are for metric 7.1.3, or NBA for the metric 6.5.2 | HEI Response: 6.5.2- the college participates in different ranking activities like NIRF, NAAC, AISHE and AAA of the parent university. The college has provided the evidence of participation in NIRF in its DVV Clarification. The college conducts internal and statutory audit through a Chartered Accountant appointed by Maharashtra Shikshan Samiti. The external audit is performed by the Government agencies like Senior Auditor of Joint Director, Higher Education Regional Office, Nanded and Auditor General Office, Nagpur in every five years. The college has also provided DVV clarification on collaborative initiatives with other organizations on educational quality. The college has also participated in Academic and Administrative Audit conducted by the Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. | View |
