Offered Subject	English is an Ability Enhancement Compulsory Course for F.Y. and S.Y. students. Student has to choose either Marathi or Hindi as a second language during semester first to fourth. The second language chosen in F.Y. needs to be continued for S.Y. Out of the five Core Courses available, a student has to choose any three courses as core courses subjects. Core Courses chosen in the F.Y. will be continued for S.Y. and T.Y. From the third semester onwards, a students has to choose a Skill Enhancement Course of two credits each semester.

Programme Outcomes B. Sc.

Scientific temperament: The programme inculcates scientific attitude in the minds of learners in physical, chemical, material, life and mathematical sciences. Students acquire scientific abilities such as logical thinking, problem solving approach, data collection and decision making and apply the same (BL6).
Basic scientific knowledge: Students acquire scientific knowledge to extract information, formulate and solve problems in a systematic manner (BL6).
Technical competence and practical skills: Learners acquire skills to handle basic scientific instruments following the general lab safety practices through experimental skills (BL6).
Creative thinking and numerical ability: It empowers the learners with creative thinking and numerical ability (BL6).
Environment and sustainability: It provides understanding of current environmental scenario and necessity of sustainability along with solutions. Students are made aware of environment related issues and sustainable technology development (BL3).
Competency: The programme prepares learners for post- graduation and higher education. Students become eligible for appearing to competitive examinations such MPSC/UPSC and banking (BL6).
